Maybe it's because of your reaction is excessive?

I think ' hate ' is overreacting. Dislike is more appropriated in this type of situation. Personally I find it frustrating, when people do that. But no hate anyway.

Maybe whatever they were talking about was none of your business. You are not the center of the universe

Because they weren't talking to you.

It may be you have grown up in a completely monolingual environment. If this is the case, your life experience lacks a dimension which much of humanity enjoys but which you do not. Incomprehension can lead to anger. Fortunately there is a solution: learn a foreign language to the point where you become conversationally fluent. Your life will be transformed for the better. Enjoy the journey.

Dislike your reaction too excessively.

"Hate" is far too strong a word to use in those circumstances, so no wonder people find you strange.

Note also your use of language. It should be: "Why do people find me strange when....?"

you must be White then , they don't have a culture

It can be a form of rudeness, but you should also make the effort to understand languages you encounter frequently.

Because it's ignorance. There should be no reason why you should hate someone for speaking a language foreign to yours. The world itself is full of many languages and that will never change.
