關於英文書信的格式?

你所原始答的其實都是對的：

私人信件(朋友)用Dear「她名字」便可以了，有些英語人還會按對方的"小名"/"稱呼"/"縮寫"都可以的，例如她名叫Victoria...假如你知她父母或親人會叫她Vicky，你想扮作親切也可以試試抬頭是Dear Vicky.

朋友信件結束不會寫Sincerly，只用寫Love, 下簽你的Tiwo名字便可以了。亦可以寫Best wishes, 甚至用Cheers, 作結束都可以。假如心理上你覺得寫Love好似好"親蜜"感覺不自然，Best Wishes又不是有甚麼祝福對方，Cheers又認為跟身份(你年紀/輩份比她大)好不體統，我建議你可單寫Yours,
下簽名

至於「希望再見面」最好在這結詞之前內容上寫I wish I could see you again或I wish I can visit you sometime.而難用單字結束寫Wish to see you.或Love to see you again.當然英語人(尤其是美語)可以寫See Ya!

在非工作上的私人書信，使用"Dear"1字是非常普遍的，而且不論熟或不熟，都使用此字，是屬文書上的一種親切的表示，其實在工作上也常使用這字的。我工作上合作的廠商人員來函就常稱我Dear XXX.

因仍是小朋友，就直接在Dear後使用對方的名字，如Dear Mary, 不要再加上Miss, 若對方是未成年但已長大了的孩子，或是成年人，不是很熟，就在Dear 後加上Mr. Ms. Miss 等，較合於禮節，而在結尾，因是私人書信，對方又是小朋友，就不必太制式，不必一定套用正式的文書寫法，可使用較隨性的寫法，如Bye and good luck、Take care and goodbye等等。
