I don’t get the Syria and desert part in “waddle back to Syria desert tard”?
In South Park, Jimmy tells Kyle to say “waddle back to Syria desert tard” and I don’t fully get the joke. Can someone explain it please?

it means you can claim to hate one thing in others that you do routinely yourself if you are a comedian with a certain level of celebrity...
South Park is one of those things you have to be an idiot to understand.
South Park was racist but got away with it by branding itself antiPC.
I'd have to know what Kyle said to explain the response. Ignore the two twits above me. They just aren't intelligent enough to understand South Park.
Edit: OK. I watched it. Jimmy was responding to Kyle's request for something horrible to say to Syrian refugees.
