As the mercury level is lower in the arm connected to the gas sample, the gas sample has a higher pressure.

Pressure of the gas sample
= (750 mmHg) + (76 mmHg)
= 826 mmHg
= (826 mmHg) × (101.3 kPa / 760 mmHg)
= 110 kPa

The answer: 110 kPa
