本人離婚有十幾年,跟前夫有一個聯名居屋單位,前夫亦同意放棄物權,離婚判令上亦寫了他將物權轉贈給我,但由於按揭問題我一直沒有去做轉名,離婚後一直由我供款,近日因財政問題想賣樓,由於物業仍有前夫名,所以我不能單方買賣,去信房協說可以因離婚轉名,但前夫現反口不肯簽名,請問我可以怎樣做?
他大概只供了5年,之後一直是我供款,當年他因欠我家人錢,但又出軌還不出錢,故他承諾放棄物權,換來我家人不用他還錢。

A court order is absolute and final for the issues specified within. So when your divorce decree has mentioned the ownership arrangement, such arrangement is absolute and final unless it has been appealed and reversed.
In this case, the court order is what gives the legal authority to sell without your husband's approval.
