He keeps lying everyday and it's just disgusting that he expects us to fall for what he says.

Because he suffers from a raging inferiority complex, an addition to dishonesty, and he possess the emotional maturity of a 10 year-old.

I doubt he's conscious of lying, or of much else. He just says whatever pops into his tiny mind, and much if that is stupid or vicious.

He figures that if you tell the same lie repeatedly people will start to believe it's true (fake news, Mueller investigation witch hunt, etc.).
