Sol, Soleil, Lune, Luna.
The French and German use real people names for people. Americans come up with all sorts of weird stuff and their children are stuck with those names for life.
I am not sure if it is still the case, but in France there was a list of names from which people could choose by law, so only those names could be used. For variety the french put two names together sometimes, for names like Marie-Claire, or Jean-Pierre.
In French "sun" is "le soliel", and "moon" is "la lune". In German "sun" is "die Sonne" and "moon" is "der Mond". Curious that the gender allocation is different!
I am not aware that any of those four words is used as a personal name, but in English I have never known anybody called "Sun" or "Moon".
These don't precisely mean sun but Celeste means heavenly and Celine means sky or heavenly, and Clara and Claire mean clear/bright. They all remind me of sunshine so hopefully this helps. As for moon, all I can come up with is Luna.
