買公屋及居屋有什麼分別?

「買公屋」計劃，只是給居住在部份房署指定的公共屋村租戶，可以購買自住的單位，但該計劃已在2005年中止；「居屋」計劃，是房委會和房協興建的新屋，以低於市值的價格，並扣除地價，售予合資格的低收入住私樓的市民。
