Car sputters when accelerating? (Battery related)?
My battery was fried on my 11 Mustang GT so I got a new one and now it starts and drives again. There’s no dim lights or anything (yet) but when I accelerate it’s jumpy. Like it spudders like there’s a misfire somewhere. My check engine light is no longer on anymore either I don’t know if that could be related. Is it a bad alternator? It’s been starting for 1 1/2 days now.

The BATTERY is not causing your engine to run rough. If you don't know what you're doing, STOP DOING IT before you screw up something REALLY expensive! Take your car to a REAL mechanic and pay to have the problem diagnosed and fixed right the first time!
If the CEL was on when the engine was running before and you did not see a mechanic, there is your problem. See a mechanic now.
Have the alternator checked. The regulator could be bad. Run a diagnostic even though the CEL isn't on.
Your CEL isn't on because you changed the battery. The problem is still there
Find the charging system fuse and see if it's burned out. Check the spark plugs and change them if they're worn out. You need to do an OBD2 code check and any trouble codes that come up are strong clues to what is malfunctioning. OBD is your friend. Guessing is playing with the devil's dice.
