Anything that you can eat on your normal diet. There are gluten and dairy free options for just about anything, but it really depends on where you're located if they're available to you or not. Almost any grocery store has dairy free ice creams and milks make with almond milk, cashew milk, etc, and almost every grocery store has gluten free baking mixes and breads. The breads are in the freezer section. Dairy free and even vegan butter, cheese, and mayonnaise are a thing, but if you don't shop at a higher end grocery store or have access to stores like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc it may be difficult. But honestly, you can find just about any of it at Harris Teeter. You will just have a more diverse and creative selection somewhere more eccentric like Whole Foods..

Eggs, all meats, fish, pork, veal, bacon. Some processed meats but you'd have to look at the ingredients. Boar's Head brand has a lot of deli meats which meet the gluten free aspect.

And while i was at it i did a google search. Here is a page which will help

Meat, eggs, fruit, vegetables and dairy products, as well as rice and potatoes. You should stay away from any grains such as wheat, rye, spelt, corn, and oats at the beginning. You can probably eat oats and corn later on.
