✔ 最佳答案
: If any person be guilty of a crime, the court shall have the right to appeal. 其實在假設句子中己有"be" 是的動詞;而另外法庭的句子亦有"shall have" 將會允許的助動及動詞. Yip

In this pattern the object of the verb is a dependent clause. The clause is introduced by a subordinating conjunction "if" in adverb clause of condition.
The court (shall have) the right to appeal------subject +auxiliary verb+ vt-----main clause,(12/12)
if any person (would) "be" guilty of a crime-----subordinate clause----one put forward for consideration, purpose in the "if" in adverb clause of condition..(12/12)
An adverb clause of condition includes the words:-if, unless, provided that, supposing that.
