Balancing an equation....

You wrote:
"Na3PO4+HCl->NaCl+H3PO4"

The balanced equation for the indicated reaction is:
Na3PO4(aq) + 3HCl(aq) --> 3NaCl(aq) + H3PO4(aq)
Total coefficients = 8

But also be aware that the relative amount of HCl will determine the product. Sodium phosphate will ionize completely, and as it does so there are three possible products in the presence of H+ ions.
PO4^3- + H+ --> HPO4^2-
PO4^3- + 2H+ --> H2PO4^-
PO4^3- + 3H+ --> H3PO4

Na3PO4(aq) + HCl(aq) --> NaCl(aq) + Na2HPO4(aq)
Na3PO4(aq) + 2HCl(aq) --> 2NaCl(aq) + NaH2PO4(aq)
Na3PO4(aq) + 3HCl(aq) --> 3NaCl(aq) + H3PO4(aq)

The balanced equation is:
Na₃PO₄ + 3HCl → 3NaCl + H₃PO₄

Sum of coefficients = 1 + 3 + 3 + 1 = 8

The answer: C) 8

...
Na3PO4+3HCl->3NaCl+H3PO4
adds up to 8

You have asked a bunch of similar 'questions' but none of them are questions, and we have no idea what you are asking. And what the answer choices mean.

It doesn't take much time to ask the full question instead of part of it. And that way you can get answers.
