No because the baking process negates the alcohol effect. The difference would be that some cakes have an alcohol sugar glaze to drizzle and soak in. But this would not be enough alcohol to get you drunk.

No. If it could it wouldn't taste anything like cake.

Apparently all the other people answering have never had a rum cake. Yes, they can make you drunk.

First off, baking anything with alcohol does not necessarily mean that all the alcohol is gone. It really depends on how much alcohol and how long (and in what manner) it is cooked. (from one study "After being added to food that then is baked or simmered for 15 minutes, 40 percent of the alcohol will be retained. After cooking for an hour, only about 25 percent will remain, but even after 2.5 hours of cooking, five percent of the alcohol will still be there.")

That being said, most rum cakes are not baked with rum, but soaked with rum after baking (the original purpose was to preserve the cake for long sailing voyages). Obviously, the alcohol can't bake off in this situation.

The Bermuda Rum Cake Company makes some great cakes. I believe you can order them online.
See Anna E's answer and also note that if someone is selling a rum cake with enough rum to get you drunk - they would have to sell it with that notification and only to adults.

If you want boozy rum cake - make it yourself. Make Baba au Rhum - it soaks in a glaze that includes uncooked alcohol. Here's one recipe https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/baba-au-rhum-recipe-2103678
