As far as I know; the laptop ban has been lifted for all airlines by the USA since July 2017.

Please check that with the US embassy in your country.

Your information is long out of date.

The security agent at the Airport can deny boarding of ANY suspicious Item at any time.
That is the way it is.
Each security agent along the way can say YES or NO.
Currently a NORMAL laptop can be taken on board.
For Dubai security
Keep a laptop where it can be easily reached: you’ll need to place it in a separate security tray at the security scan.

France international airport. WHAT IS THAT?

If you mean PARIS they are not a banned item.

Paris CDG
In order to minimize time at security checkpoints
Place laptops and large electrical items separately in a tray.

The ban was stopped ONE YEAR ago.

Having your laptop does not guarantee it will connect with on board services. Does not guarantee you can recharge it. in flight.Flight crew can at any time tell you to stop using it. In particular during landing and take off.
It is expected to be able to be stored in either your cabin bag in the overhead bin or your under the seat bag when necessary.

BE AWARE customs agents are not concerned with Airplane security . They can take your laptop apart if they suspect it has stuff inside. In particular drugs.
