At many jobs I have worked at, when 2 co workers starting dating each other, their relationship didn't last that long. And once, they broke up, it was very awkward for them to work together.
Because of that, I will never date a co worker at the job that I work at.
Why is it when people start dating co workers at their job that their relationship will not last that long?

You don't have to date a coworker if you don't want. Not sure why other co-workers dating bothers you so much.

I met my husband at work, we started dating, and now we've been together 20 years. Two of our co-workers also met at our workplace and got married. They're still married, too. It just depends on the people.

not for my friend (but she's desperate and literally hasn't been single for more than a week in her life). she didn't even want to date him at first, she just got out of a relationship, but yet jumped right back into another because she's afraid to be alone. ANYWAYS, it can work. depending on how much those two people need personal space or not.
