業主可否拒絕新業主驗吉樓. 新業主夫婦及經妃曾在交樓前45天帶師傳度尺, 第1個師傳離開後, 新男業主離開帶第2個師傅上來, 現在, 舊業主說那次算是看了2次, 因而拒絕交吉前一天再驟吉樓. 有什麼可以做.?

Sounds like you are one of the new owner.

It is unknown why the property needed to be examined twice (I assume at least one of them was not done for examination). To make thing simple - unless the sale contract has specified this issue, as soon as the property has been properly examined, the current owner's responsibility ends (Note - properties are sold in as-is condition).

So unless the examination(s) discover any issues, it may be best for the new owners to wait.
