Laptop goes to dell logo then goes to support to find a problem.?

I tried to factory reset my computer but it crashed during the factory reset. When I turned it back on it goes to the Dell logo and then goes to supportassist. It finds the problem, restarts my PC, but it doesn t fix this. I don t know what to do.

You need windows disk.You do not need to reinstall Windows.When asked what do you want choose option Repair.
