Can I study Nursing (for bachelor's degree) in France and graguate and become a RN in the US?

Meds, procedures, duties etc are all different. You would have to take the US exam which you may have trouble passing. They do not teach US Medicine in foreign countries.

Doesn’t matter. As soon as you move from France to USA/ Canada you need to take the exam again, it’s not worth it to go through that twice.
