Take g = 9.81 m/s²
Take all upward quantities to be positive.

Consider the vertical motion (uniform acceleration motion):
Initial velocity, vₒ = 5.42 sin65.0° m/s
Final velocity, v = 0 m/s
Acceleration, a = -9.81 m/s²

v = vₒ + at
Time taken, t = (v - vₒ) / a = [0 - (5.42 sin65.0°)] / 9.81 = 0.5 s

About 4 PM I think.

Ar ar ar ar ..... But seriously....

Vy = Uy - gT = 0 at max height; so T = (U sin(65))/9.8 = (5.42*sin(radians(65)))/9.8 = .5 seconds. ANS.
