Mass of Cu²⁺ ion in 1 mole of CuSO₄ = 63.5 g
Mass fraction of Cu²⁺ ion in CuSO₄ = 63.5/159.6

Mass of Cu²⁺ ion in the solution = (10.5 mg/ml) × (350 ml) × (1 g / 1000 mg) = 3.675 g
Mass of CuSO₄ needed = (3.675 g) × (159.6/63.5) = 9.24 g (to 3 sig. fig.)
