Selling my Rolex to a Jewelry Store?

I got a Rolex as a present from someone and now that I have a child on the way and am in a deep financial state, I desperately need the money. I don't have the box it came in or the papers. Do I need to have it registered in my name to sell it or can I simply sell it with no problems.

They are purchased used all the time. Just make sure you sell it to a jewelry stores that sells Rolexes. They would be an authorized dealer and will be able to buy it from you.
