Can clean water which are in the shops detoxify your body?

Detox is a modern day myth. There's no such thing.

There is NO commercial product that "detoxifies" your body.

Your liver and kidneys do that job. If you <<really>> have serious toxins - heavy metal for example, or some sort of poison - then you need to be in the hospital.

Every product that is advertised as a detox product is a SCAM, FRAUD and RIP OFF.

Fish itself does promote health. I am not sure of what "shops" you mention, may mean. If there is a vendor suggesting their fish is of especial health-promoting benefit, I would be most doubtful. (They do not possess rights to some "magical" fish.)

No. They have to get into your body to do any good. Tap water works just as well and is a lot cheaper.
