My perineum tore during fingering! Will it ever heal?

My first ever few times having sex were absolutely fine until me and my boyfriend decided to try doggy. 30 seconds in my perineum tore due to weird positioning. It was only a very small tear and it was fine. I let it heal and all seemed fine. A few days ago another boy started fingering me extremely roughly. I wasn’t wet enough, I wasn’t in the mood and he was very rough. He fingered me extremely hard and from behind to the point he tore my perineum. This time the tear was worse. There was a huge amount of blood and i was in pain. I went to the doctors and she gave me antibiotics and antibiotic cream and told me to wait for it to heal. While applying the cream I’ve had a feel round and the area feels very thin and you can feel a tear. I am so upset and scared that the next time I have sex it will tear again due to what that boy did. Will it heal properly or should I go back to the doctors? I’m extremely upset about this as I’m scared the next time I have sex will be painful or it will tear again :/
