[香港法律]請問香港拍賣東西，有那些需要牌照，有那些不需要牌照，是否隨便公開一個網絡平台也可以進行拍賣，能指引有關法例嗎?

Needing a license/permit or not, it really depends on the nature of the auction business.In general, a usual for-profit auction business does not need any additional licenses. However, if there are any specialty goods, or special purposes, relevant licenses/permits will be required.
