My copy of Grand Theft Auto is breaking?

I have a very old copy of GTA V. It was one of the first copies they released, and it is for PS3. I have been playing the game since 11/17/16, and as I gradually started playing I am starting to notice more and more problems. Problem 1). The infamous Phone internet bug. Everytime I try to access the phone s internet in general, whether it s trying to shop for vehicles or look at the stock market, it completely crashes and removed my health bar and map. I have looked for a solution to this problem, and it is very common from what I have seen, but no one knows how to fix it (yet). The other problem has happened recently in 2018. I glitched the Rhino tank into my garage, for all three characters, and on that save file I was able to use the garage (going in and out), but I get onto GTA V a day or two later and it takes.for.everrrrr to load. I have reset my game several times, shut my system down and restarted it, and every single time, it just stays there with black screen with a spinning wheel of death in the lower right corner. I think it is the result of glitching the Rhino tank into my garage, but it s the loading process in general. it takes a long time for my save files to pop up now but thankfully it doesn t stay loading like when i try to enter my garage.
