Are women attracted to a man who sounds like a child/ boy? Or is a "kid at heart"?

Kid at heart, maybe but certainly not men who sound like a child.

"The only difference between men and boys is the size of their toys." My grandma always used to say this, but would also throw in a line referring to their manhood, LOL :)

Most men are just big kids at heart, no matter how serious they come across. I don't think women have much choice in the matter.

BUT, I would never be with someone who purposely acts like a spoiled child still, no. There's a difference.
