I'm not a fan of them raw, but boil them soft them cook them with butter, honey, and a bit of brown sugar and they're fricken delicious... albeit super unhealthy at that point.
But if I'm lazy, a can of carrots is my go-to side dish with a meal since they're so low in calories but high in fiber and vitamins.
