A link to get software for downloading picture files from a Samsung phone to W10?

I don't use any software. I simply plug in my phone to my computer, enable file sharing from the phone (or something along those lines), and access the phone's internal storage through File Explorer.

You could use the built-in Photos app from Windows to automatically transfer new pictures if you want.
