The easiest way is to contact Buildings Department and inquire about any outstanding orders.
(Contrary to other response, on file with the Land Registry is a matter of practice and not mandatory. So it is possible not all orders are not on file. The absolute way is to contact the Department directly.)

屋宇署會發信通知業權人，並會將法定命令送交土地註冊處登記，公眾可查閱由土地註冊處保存的記錄。
