I'm showing symptoms for anaemia, diabetes or pregnancy. Could I be pregnant?!?

Over the past week or so, I've been showing symptoms for all anaemia, diabetes and pregnancy. I last had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago, but I cannot see how I could be pregnant as no sperm got inside of me. I'm showing all symptoms for anaemia and pregnancy but only some for diabetes. I am due for a blood test in the week to check for anaemia and diabetes. I'm also going to take a pregnancy test today just to rule anything out. My mother spoke to a nurse on the NHS direct line and she was asked twice if I could be pregnant due to my symptoms. I have also gained a lot of weight recently. My stomach muscles hurt to touch, it also hurts while going for a number 2...
I was due on my period yesterday but still haven't come on this morning. I have very bad cramps, worse than I usually get, which I know can be a symptom of pregnancy. I will take a test today and see what the result is. Then I will wait for my period. If I am still not on within a week, I will take another test in a weeks time. Can anyone shed some light on my situation please?

How can you possibly say you didn't get any sperm inside of you just after saying you had unprotected sex? I'm assuming you think pulling out is birth control? Because it isn't. Any time a penis is erect, preejaculate is released. That contains sperm. If an erect penis was inside you without a condom, you had sperm in you. It's that simple.

Take a home test. But what exactly are these "symptoms" for anemia and diabetes? Because you also seem to think that weight gain, difficulty with bowel movements, and a tender abdomen are early signs of pregnancy, which they are not. Your symptoms sound like you're constipated. So you thinking you're showing symptoms of anemia and diabetes is pretty suspect as well, since you don't seem to understand actual symptoms and their correlating diagnoses.

It is certainly possible to have anemia, diabetes AND be pregnant. But if your period is just a few days late, weight gain could not possibly be related. And symptoms of anemia and diabetes tend to come on gradually -- not something that would suddenly appear over a few days.

Anyway -- do a pregnancy test and see your doctor for your other symptoms. Nobody here can possibly guess what might be going on.
But your statement makes no sense. "I had unprotected sex" cannot then go with "No sperm got inside me." What do you think 'unprotected' MEANS?

See a doctor

Stop trying to diagnose yourself, calm down, and when you get into the doctor ask if you might need to be screened for anxiety.
