Are actions good or evil?

Some actions can be good or evil. It also depends on the circumstances. Generally a person stabbing someone in the chest is a bad thing...unless the person is a surgeon and they are performing a life saving procedure. It's not just the action but also the intent of the actor.

Actions are neither good nor evil. It is the intent behind the actions that are.

All depends on intention, purpose, individual perspective and context in which behavior takes place.

In theory if the actions abide to the law are good; when they break the law they are evil to the point of psychopathy. But some people don't get that because society has turned upside down or read fantasy novels. A novel is just a novel it doesn't always have a moral unless it's a fable. However people misinterpret fables. E.g. evil people use Cinderella as means to achieve success and destroy people's lives. I still don't get the point in Cinderella and the moral behind it. It teaches you to hate your parents to being manipulative and a slacker. I thought the moral was the unconditional love the daughter had for her parents. It wasn't. It is a novel based on hate. The more you hate the more you are going to marry yourself into success and you end up marrying some total loser who hates his parents and that will betray/backstab you. Wth is the meaning to that novel? If you are a bad person you will be successful. I had girls use Cinderella cards against me. I'm not treated like a human.

No. No action is either objective good or evil. The only thing that can be either is an intention.

It's not that black and white. Stealing, for example, is wrong. However, stealing to feed your children is in that gray area between right and wrong.
