What is an anime like Inuyasha?

InuYasha was the first anime that I really got into. You should watch Spirited Away.

Inuyasha is THE anime that got me into anime. Japanese (styled) cartoons, there are several tropes and themes that anime uses. The most recent anime I've seen (that was very good) was 2 movies, The Boy and the Beast and Your Name. I especially recommend the movie Your Name because the story was sweet and clever and the artwork was beautiful.
