自傳中翻英

我叫xxx,來自熱鬧的城市台北,從小在新莊長大,有著新莊人活潑熱情的個性.從國中畢業就立志當一位廚師,也順利的考進了開平餐飲學校,在校內中取得了刀工二級.炒工一級和餐桌擺設一級的認證,目前就讀於義守大學廚藝系,進入大學後我考取了西餐丙級證照.西點蛋糕丙級證照.西點麵包丙級證照,也修了很多的廚藝課程,不管是麵包.蛋糕.義式料理.中式料理.日本料理等,幾乎所有的廚藝課我都上過了,最後發現我還是最喜歡做甜點了.
平時我最大興趣就是做點心,每次看到家人滿足地吃著我做的點心心裡就很滿足,我很喜歡做料理,也喜歡看別人吃我的料理,我也很愛吃,所以也希望自己能做出好吃的美食讓人吃到幸福的感覺.除了烘焙我也很喜歡運動,雖然我很矮但是我力氣還算大體力也不錯,從以前就得到各種運動類別的獎狀.
希望能有機會進入貴公司加強自己對點心的專業.食材管理.職場的態度和運作方式等等,對將來當管理者或是自己開店都有很好的經驗和幫助,也希望可以為公司盡一份心力,讓顧客更加的滿足

I have been living in Taipei for sometime, while being born in Sun-John village where I had been nurturing during childhood; as to my characters being behaved sympathetically and energetically. I had an idea that'll become a chef, while being studying and graduated in National school; and then, had been admitted to study in Kai-Ping cooking Institute later on. During the course of study, I was awarded the prizes of knife's master and also displaying technique. At present, I have studied in Yee-Shaw University's Cooking Department where being awarded the licence of operation of west-style restaurant, prizes of certificate of making cakes and bread; more than that, I had learned and studied lots of courses about Italian and Chinese cooking techniques, Japanese cuisine etc.; but my favorite felt into dish of sweet food. As a whole,my favorite is to make dish of sweet food and that'll let my family members to taste whether it is good or not; in case, they feel fond of it; and then, I'll be very satisfied and the same applied to cuisine and gourmet. In addition, I 'm very fond of physical exercises, though being dwarfed and yet had the body strength to act and be awarded the prizes of every physical exercises. Finally, If I were able to be admitted to your company as an employee, then would be concentrated and specialized in the courses of dish of sweet food, selection of farm produce and condiment, operation of cooking and relationship of staff, management of operation etc. And by doing that, I'll be very grateful if you can give me the opportunity to work with all my might so as to help the business of the company be successful and let the customers feel satisfactory.
