Ingredients
1. Beefsteak (3/4) pounds (Pan fried or grilled and chilled)
FOR THE SALAD:
1. Lettuce (Watercress, Radicchio, Romaine, etc.) (7-8) Cup (Cut into bite-size pieces)
2. Small/cherry Grape Tomatoes (6-7) PCS
3. Red Carrot 1 PCS
4. Cucumber 1 PCS
5. Mints leaf (Optional)
6. Crumbled blue cheese (3/4) Cup (Optional)
7. Red onion (1/2) CUP (Thinly sliced into rings)
FOR THE DRESSING:
1. Clove garlic- 1 (Minced)
2. Ground Black pepper- 1/8 teaspoon
3. Red Chili pepper 1or 2 pcs (Optional)
4. Salt- ½ teaspoon
5. Olive oil- 1/3 Cup
6. Lemon juice- 3 tablespoons
7. Red wine Vinegar- 3 tablespoons
DIRECTIONS
STEP1:
COOK THE HEALTHY STEAK:
First of all, Sprinkle the steaks on both sides with a little salt and Pepper. Take a grill/iron pan and put little oil on it and heat the pan over high heat for a couple. Now, place the steak on the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes both side or until nicely browned. Now, remove it from heat and allow to rest.
STEP2:
MAKE steak salad dressing:
In a small bowl, place garlic, black pepper or chili pepper, salt, olive oil, lemon juice, and Vinegar. Now mix them well and taste the tasty dressing.
If you think that, you should add more salt, lemon juice, etc. for a better test, then add them.
STEP3:
MAKE SALAD:
Take all the vegetable and cut them into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, add Lettuce, Tomato, Carrot, Cucumber, onion, etc. and mix them well. Now, put the spicy dressing on the salad and toss it to combine.
STEP4:
BEEF STEAK SALAD:
Now, take the cooking tasty steak and cut Cut into bite-size pieces. Add the beef steak with salad. At last, your beef healthy steak salad is ready.
