I wish I knew for sure what you meant.
I never saw "hex wrench" used as a verb.
To hex wrench something.
Why not use a "flare wrench" or "line wrench"?

Here's an image if you don't know what I'm talking about:

Are you trying to install or remove F connectors? You say "of". Maybe you mean "off"?

I envision a special tool that could be made. I'm just wondering why you want to use a power drill??

Here's something similar to what I was thinking, but with a handle. I'm not sure how strong it is. Maybe you could cut off the handle and put it in your drill chuck?

A standard male F connector has a 7/16" hex.

Use power drill nuts

EVERY drill will accept EVERY bit up to the maximum size that fits into the chuck.
NO coax coupler I have ever seen can be used with a hex wrench OR any type of drill.

Sounds complicated, are you sure you can't just get a type of drill bit that will do that?

I have one. It is rechargeable. I am not sure were it came from. Maybe some one who did that work. So you would need look under cable or coax industrial tools. They will not be cheap. It is not a power drill. Much slower than that in speed.

As in like something that can wrench two couplers between a pair of cables? Given you'd have to come at it from the side, I don't think there's any means to get a simple drill bit to do that. You gotta use a crescent wrench.

Just think about the logistics of it and how a drill spins versus how you have to grab the coax.

it's not the drill -- it's the adapter that is in the drill's chuck. lots of those sold at stores

You need an impact wrench, not a drill.
