Yes. I think that Social Media has become an addiction among people.

Yes, I know quite a few people who can't get off of facebook or snap chat. Even the older people at work are always facebook 24-7 . People always freak out when I say I don't have a facebook.

Yes. I hate it. I’m not one of them. I am on social media but I do not let it get the better of me. Especially when I’m around friends/family. My husband however spends ALL of his time on his phone. He leaves for work at 8am and get home around 6:30PM. He will have a shower and then sit next to me on his phone scrolling through Facebook, insta etc. Then he’ll put it down to eat and straight after eating pick it back up. He’ll sit on it for 2/3 hours. Jump into bed and spend another half hour laying down on his phone. We’ve had many arguments over it because when I try and talk to him he completely blanks me because he’s so focused on his phone. I’ve even told him I cannot do this anymore. I cannot be with someone who’s so into social media and puts that before the most important people. He even chooses to sit on that thing than spend time with our 3 year old son :-(

Yes. I wouldn't say I'm addicted to social media, but it gives me something to do when I'm bored or depressed. A lot of people I know are addicted though.

Sure! Of your on it on your smaetphone all day long cant stop facebook or twitter you've got a serious problem

For most, probably. Something about getting likes and stuff like that does wonders to egos and whatnot. Not saying it can't be utilized effectively or anything.
