Is it bad to have no feeling towards anything?

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help like you did. We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your grandpa and all the other difficult situations you've been through. It really does sound like you have been going through a lot.

Be aware that emotional numbness can be a symptom of depression and/or anxiety. It's important that you get the support you need to get through this difficult time. Please consider reaching out to a trusted adult such as a parent, aunt, uncle, school counselor, teacher, coach, or minister. We would suggest getting evaluated by a medical doctor or mental health professional, and getting involved in counseling. It may help you to talk to a counselor at a hotline. Know that there is help out there for you and you are not alone.

Let me start by saying that maybe you aren’t feeling much emotional feelings cause of what you seen growing up as a kid. I’m unsure how old you are but I’m guessing you’re a teenager or heading to be a teenager by now. I used to be the same way buddy, but I later found out that it was cause of everything I gone through as a kid from seeing my parents fight to seeing them divorce. You don’t have mental disorder, you have a bright future ahead of you! Keep your head up and keep living you life!
