I separate my laundry, you will too when all your laundry turns pink because the color has run out of something red.

I kind of do, I just wash separate loads of clothes. I've got my goth batch, the punk stuff and the pastel cute things. There's enough that it's easier to just do separate batches so they don't get mixed up and *possibly* mess with anything.

My boyfriend however, doesn't give a flying f*ck and just stuffs everything in there and hopes for the best. The only bad incident was a pair of dyed red jeans turning a white button down shirt a sort of..pink-ish, dried blood color. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to be important to separate stuff, unless you've got harsh dyes floating around.

No need. My clothes are dark... like my heart ❤

My husband still does, but I've never done this. He mainly does it so he can wash his whites on HOT, but the majority of his clothing needs to be washed in either warm or cold water.

I do every time. Had too many whites ruined and know better.

Not really. The only white clothes I have are cheap t-shirts and socks. Over time they may turn a shade of gray, but it's not worth the trouble.
