關於英文關係代名詞的問題。?

1.I know the girl who you’re talking about.  
2.I know the girl to whom you’re talking about. 
請問知識大大們,
1.這兩句一個關係代名詞是who,另一句是to whom,此二句"中文"的意思差別在哪呢?
2.如果第二句是"我認識那個剛剛你跟她說話的女孩"的意思,不是應該寫成I know the girl to whom you are talking with.或是I know the girl to whom you are talking about with.嗎?為什麼不用加上with呢?謝謝。:)

我懷疑 你的第2句話原本就是錯誤的.

I know the girl who you're talking about==I know the girl about whom you're talking . For example: I don't know to whom I ought to address the request==I don't know who I ought to address the request to. Yip
