What happens if something is placed in nothingness?
i m talking about literal emptiness, total emptiness, like before anything existed in the universe

Einstein would say that the ‘something’ would create a spacetime (gravity) and that spacetime around the ‘something’ would propagate outward at the velocity of light. Einstein was a firm believer that spacetime and matter/energy were inseparable and one wouldn’t exist without the other.
It is physically impossible.
That would depend on the composition of that something.
