x −5 = 16
add 5 to both sides
x = 21
that's a tough one. After half a day of calculation, the answer comes to be 21.
x-5=16 --> add 5 --> x = 21
Use symbolab. Why trust humans with math? It will even teach you how to get the answer better than your textbook, which is probably using the worst way for everything.
