在遊日的經驗中,為日本的待客精神深受感動。服務業最高的待客之道並非「接收到需求後,快速精準地提供服務」,而是「永遠走在客人的前面一步」── 在客人尚未發現自己的需求前替客人設想,然後提早把服務準備好。我所認知的空服員須具備:敏銳的觀察力、具滲透力的笑容,相信藉由社團經驗,以及旅日經驗感受到日本特有的待客之道—— 一期一會的精神,我有信心能勝任空服員這個角色。

During the time in my experience of travelling in Japan, I'm deeply inspired with their enthusiasm and hospitality service.The highest hospitality value to the customers' service is not "achnowledged the services quickly and accurately carry out the services, after receiving their requests,", but rather " be always execute one step ahead of the customers' asking".Hence I'll be getting ready before the customers have considered what they really need and then attend to their commands.
I understanding that an air hostess should have a keen observation with a penetrating excellent smile. I believe that through the community experience as well as travelling to Japan's experience, I have learnt a friendly and generous behaviour towards customers----it is an intending and serving attitude towards the hospitality. I am confident that I can carry out my role duty as a perfect air hostess if employed.

According to the advertisement, there will be a post of air-hostess required by your airline company and I do wish to apply for it. As I'm interested in travelling and studying various culture of countries, owing to that, I had been travelling in Japan lately; and was deeply inspired by the endurance and hospitality of their stewardess; then I find out that the best way is to predict what being beforehand so as to serve passengers better. Also, I have a sharp inspection, warm smiling and travelling experience and all of them will meet the requirement as being an air-hostess. Your consideration in my application will be
