Do you mean how often should you have sex in order to have the best chance of getting pregnant? It's hard to be sure. One school of thought is that you should only do it every two or three days so that the sperm count has a chance to build up but to me it would be crazy if you were desperate to make love to put it of for 24 hours because you'd done it the day before. It's beautiful thing to make a baby together so don't hold back.
