I had the weirdest dentist experience ever! And I also need some advice. Because I just put on Medicare...?

I had to switch dentists so this is still kind of new to me. I went.in for a general cleaning, she took ex rays of my mouth, said I had no cavities, only cleaned my bottom teeth where I had the most plaque buildup and that was it. I'm not certain if this is common practice or because I was a Medicare patient and was paying.I'm not sure what to do or if I should go back.

I would find a new dentist. a cleaning is for all of your teeth not just the bottom half. they should have also polished off the stains afterwards. the cost of a cleaning includes ALL your teeth and polishing the stains If this was a yearly check up and not just a cleaning it should have also included an exam and oral cancer check

Sounds a bit iffy. Plaque or not they would not just clean your bottom teeth. '

Go back for what? Your top teeth did not need cleaning, so what is the problem? What else did you expect to happen?
