Do I go to normal doctor or dermatologist about this?

So, I have a dark purple bump on my pubic area. I also have like a reddish lump that kinda looks like a deflated zit/skin. Tag on my butt. I don’t think it’s from poor hygiene bc I’m very clean but I do have acne prone skin. I want to get them both looked at at once, but don’t know if I have to go to the dermatologist or just my normal doctor. (I’m 17 so it’s still a pediatrician I guess) or should I go to the gyno??? I’d prefer not to go to the dermatologist because it’s so far away but idk if my normal doctor can take care of them
