I feel nautious and bloated?

I feel very full and cant sleep and im naitutios. I ate a bacon egg and cheese for breakfast, rotisery chicken for lunch and a wedgie and fries for diner. I slept at 9 and now its 9 am and im still full and nautious

I feel like that whenever the food i just ate isn't digesting. Since you still feel full, it sounds like the food isn't moving down very good. Ill be honest, the foods you ate above (fries, eggs, cheese) does not digest very well. You need to eat green vegetables every day to move food down in your bowels. When was the last time you had a BM? If i were you, i would try to have a BM. You will probably feel immediately! If you are constipated, then the food isn't moving down well and its just sitting there. The nausea is because when food just sits there it doesn't digest properly and bacteria start to get at the food....which causes nausea. When i get like this, i take some miralax. You can get it over the counter. it is not a stimulant laxative, but rather a fiber based laxative that adds water back into your stools making the food move down easy. You will probably feel immediately better once you take some. Also, walking around or exercising stimulates the bowels to produce a BM. A bowel movement will get that food to move down further into the small intestines, which will get rid of the nausea.

It's "nauseous", not "nautious", and the correct word is "nauseated"
It's time to get up, so that is the reason you can't sleep. Get up and make your bed. Taking a shower and getting dressed will usually make anyone feel better.
If you feel ill, don't eat anything ... and drink only water, and very little of that... until you feel better.
Exercise will help the bloating; go for an easy walk, outside if possible.
