我想問在內地結婚。沒有在香港登記過，香港會否有結婚記錄嗎?

In order to get married in the Mainland, a Hong Kong resident must provide the Certificate of Absence of Marriage Record (無結婚紀錄証明書 (寡佬証)) issued by the Immigration Department.

While this document is typically used for marriage purpose only, the Immigration Department will have a record of you applying the certificate.
