The issue is not Brexit - it won't happen in any meaningful way - the issue is what to do about the fractured mentalities of people who think they know what they voted for in "leave".

Britain cannot leave the EU completely as was "promised" by the Brexitards. But what it can leave is so insignificant that they have wasted more money on this Brexit nonsense than they will ever make out of it.

I assume you mean a vote on the negotiated exit deal with the EU.

Then we will have added big time to the original mistake of voting for Brexit -- we will be opting for suicide over second best .

The United Kingdom has given notice under Article 50 of the Treaty of Rome that we will withdraw from the EU on 29 March 2019. Unless the British Government formally rescinds that notice, we're out on our collective ear at 11:00pm whether parliament or the public like it or not. If Parliament rejects the terms of Brexit, it would be swiftly followed by a vote of no confidence in the Government. In the unlikely event of that being carried, there would be a general election. However, British people vote on tribal lines and either a Conservative or a Labour government would be returned and both parties are controlled by Brexit factions. So the 48% who voted remain - plus those who have changed their minds - will have to put up with the dictatorship of the referendum. After a few years out of the EU, we'll be stringing up the people who brought this fiasco about - I suggest an investment in stout rope and reinforced lampposts.
