Whats the maturity difference between a 13 year old and a 14 year old?

Even if they are the same age, teenagers all go through adolescence at different rates. There's no way to tell who's more mature just by age.

At that age, there is a noticeable difference usually. It's not a deal-breaker, but usually you can sense some difference.
