1.我改造了顯像液刀,當顯像液流出來時異物會卡在液刀裡造成流出來會分岔,所以我加了一個底盤在液刀下面,這樣液體就會平均流出來不會分岔而造成產品不良!改造後也不用保養液刀造成人員危險,因為TMAH很毒

2.改造過OVEN爐的頂PIN材質,原廠的材質使用壽命很短常會造成歪斜,所以改用了不鏽鋼材質後使用壽命變長

3.改造顯像機噴嘴方向使產品良率上升

(1)The system has been modified to allow for a better yield:-
eg:-Changing the knife of the liquid image so the flow of the liquid will not be stuck&split, when I added a basin under the liquid knife to enable the liquid an average outflow,but not tributary flow, causing the product bad. After the system has been modified, it does not need to maintain the hydraulic knife causing personnel damage from the very toxic TMAH.
(2)The system has been modified for the oven furnace top PIN material lasts longer,without tilting,by changing to stainless stell in order to improve
(3)The imaging machine system's nozzle direction has been modified to allow for a better production yield.

(1) I have already improved the developer''s knife and then adding a bottom plate ;so as to enable the fluid won't be pouring away unevenly or separately, and as the result,that'll prevent the damage of workers from the toxic affect by the TMAH. (2) In order to improve the original made-up of the range top which weren't durable and will use it with stainless steel instead. (3) After having improved, the sale of nozzle of developer's bottle is being raised tremendously. Yip
